We collaborate professionally with our customers in regularly scheduled meetings. We organize project management tasks in Trello. A high level of communication is very important to us but, at the same time, we are not first-level support . 😉

... is very important to us in our collaboration! In our projects, we usually work closely with clients over a longer period of time. Both parties should, then, have a good feeling about the project right from the start.

Knowledge Transfer

Knowledge transfer is another key component of our projects. We do not "sit" on our knowledge and expect clients to be able to take on too much in the long term. We ensure our knowledge via tutorial videos and regular meetings.

No agency dependency

"I'm sorry, but we need to part ways." Being able to leave should always be an option, which is why we try to prevent agency dependency. When we set up your system settings, create work processes, or design important elements, we keep you in the know so that you can be independent. We will convince you through the quality of our work.

It must always be possible to "leave"! That's why we try not to build up any agency dependency. When setting up instances & accesses, process design and knowledge in the company, we try to build you up independently. Because we want to convince through our work!
